Wonderful villa in Sonabia, Cantabria, just steps from two beautiful beaches, with stunning views of the sea and Los Ojos del Diablo—a unique seaside vulture colony in Europe next to the iconic Ballena de Sonabia. You are a short walk from Sonabia Beach, perfect for surfing, and close to Peña Candina mountain. The villa is spread over two floors, offering 240 m² of living space and a 500 m² plot. It features a private garage, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and satellite TV. The main bedroom is spacious, with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. There is another king-size bedroom and an additional room with two single beds and a comfortable armchair. The living room is spectacular, with two large, cozy sofas and a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. There is also a reading and music area with a welcoming chaise longue. The villa has three full bathrooms, one of which is very large and equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. The private garden is large and secluded, furnished for meals and barbecues with family or friends. Private parking is available, as well as free spaces in the development. The property is well connected by the A8 motorway, close to Castro Urdiales and Laredo, and less than 50 km from both Bilbao and Santander, with easy access to airports. With 240 m², it offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Pets may be allowed on request. Multi-station gym machine available on request. In Oriñón, very close to the house, there is a small shop at the campsite and another behind the church. For larger shopping, you can visit Castro Urdiales or Laredo, just 10 minutes away via the A8.
